Fantastic product.
The 3" vent has an outer diameter just shy of 3" and will fit perfectly into a 3" copper pipe if pushed pass the detents. My particular application was in the primary plumbing vent on an exterior wall. The vent is made to a high standard with 16oz roofing copper and should last forever.

3" copper vent
Very well made. I used it for a bathroom exhaust fan. I Drilled a 3-1/4" hole in my vinyl soffit, ran the pipe down and screwed it together. I took some electric tape to seal the pipe and pushed it up in the soffit. It's well made and works and looks great. Has a very low profile.

Excellent Quality
I'm working on an old house and needed to replace galvanized vents that had been painted over several times. I decided to remove the old vents, prep and paint the soffit and then install the new copper vents. The copper vents were perfect. Excellent quality. Very well made. Putting them in was the easiest part of the job: they slid in easily. (Getting the old vents out was the most difficult part as I often had to use hammer and chisel.) The customer service at Vent My House was also very helpful as I had a couple of questions before I ordered, and those questions were answered professionally.
