      best vents I have found

      These vents beat out the big box store on quality and price. It was easier to order them online than to try and find them in a retail store. I ordered 60 and they were half the cost of the retail hardware store I usually buy from.

      Plugged it up!

      I admit to being a little excited when I don't succumb to purchasing warez for the house at the monster local corps...especially when I get to find a deal like this. They came in and I just about laughed when I ripped open the first bag of 6 and slid the first louver into place. They looked great. And their construction was rigid and the inner screen really nicely installed. I purchased about 200 of these little things. My 2" openings were a little wide for them and there was no way that they'd stay in on their own, but my intention was to caulk them in place regardless. So I took each and every one of them and beaded a rim of caulk around the inside rim, pushed them into place, and with one swipe of the finger, smoothed out the caulk and they stayed in place great. I'll let you know in a couple years how they're holding up, but till then I think we've found a winner.
