      Needed to find a fix for the Flicker damage caused to some soffit vent screens. The covers are well made and the 1/8" galvanized screen will hopefully deter future Flicker assault. Product is easy to install despite being on 2 story ladder. (A pair of sparrows were quite upset about the sudden eviction!) There were a few of the soffit vent holes that were tight due to several coats of paint. This problem is easily resolved by making a relief slit or small wedge cut along the edge that is inserted into the hole. I was worried that these were going to stand out against the paint of the house, but they are very subtle, and add a nice finished touch.

      Soffit Vent Hole Covers

      I had louvered and screened vent covers previously, These covers allow more air flow into my attic and hopefully will aid in keeping it dryer up there. By the way, VentMyHouse customer service was very good when I recently needed them to find and hurry along my shipment when FedEx was dawdling.

      We discovered when bees tried to move in that we did not have screen on several vent holes. I measured the holes at 2.5" in diameter and ordered the caps. They easily snapped in place or after a few taps with a rubber hammer. Nice tight fit and nice looking installation.
